A Technical Exhibition, which forms an integral part of the Conference event, will be available for
delegates to visit on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (field visits will take place on the Wednesday).
The technical exhibition will take place in a deluxe-carpeted marquee linked directly to the adjacent
Conference Hall. Refreshments and lunches will be served to delegates in the exhibition area and
Demand for exhibition space is expected to be high, early booking is strongly recommended.
Exhibition space & cost
Each exhibition stand will be allocated a space 3m long x 2m depth, with a maximum height of 2m. The
cost of the stand space, including one full conference place for the exhibition assistant (see details
below) is £600 (including VAT) per stand.
Exhibition Stand & One Exhibition Assistant Fee – what is included?
Included- Exhibition space: 3m x 2m exhibition space (maximum height 2m); table; chair; white cloth;
please specify power requirements on the booking form, Please note: display boards are not provided.
Included- Exhibition Assistant: Fees include admission to all the Technical Sessions, Poster Display,
Technical Exhibition, lunches and refreshments, Conference Dinner, evening Receptions, Field Visit
and a copy of the Proceedings.
How to book Exhibition space:
All conference places for both delegates and exhibitors may be booked online via the online registration web page. Please specify your stand and electrical power
requirements in the ‘Additional information’ section on the online booking form (all equipment you wish
to bring must be specified in advance), e.g. you may wish to bring spotlights, TV & video, flat screen
monitor, desktop or laptop computer, etc. (NB. these items cannot be supplied by the Conference
The Organising Committee recognises that the Technical Exhibition may not be the most appropriate
promotional format for all companies; therefore, a number of sponsorship opportunities are available.
